Lunch break is the time for my office mates to exchange stories and I joined them yesterday. I am not joining their conversations everyday but I noticed that each time I am joining them, diet pills are always on the topic. They are changing stories about the diet pills that they are taking and what brand is the effective one for them.

It is true that there is no place like home and there is no doubt about it. This is why I am always looking for different things to improve our home. The last thing I found in the mall was the wall fountains. It can make our home have a relaxing ambiance and improve it’s impression to our visitors. I wasn’t able to buy it because it is still not on my budget so I am saving money now to be able to buy it and have a better home.

My younger sister is taking up pharmacy and she is studying more about medicines and what does it cure. Sometimes I ask her of what medicine should I take whenever I don’t feel well. She told me that she can tell me some medicines to take when I have simple illness like headaches, toothaches, coughs, colds and others. These medicines are over the counter medicines which anyone I can buy over the counter. Unlike Prescription Drugs, I really got to have a prescription before the drugs store allow me to buy those kinds of medicines. She learned all of it from amedical resource and clinical trials.

Studying medicines is really interesting and this is also a part of health. It is an advantage in a home that someone is knowledgeable about medicines. I always asks my sister of the brands of the medicine which are cheaper but have the same effectiveness. There were lots of medicines with different generic names and you should really have a sharp memory to finish that course in school. I know that my sister can finish it because she is better than me when it comes to memorization.

My younger sister really wants to be a health volunteer in our place and serve for our community. She is really someone who have a good heart for all our fellows. This is because a friend of her died before with a sickness that only few died. Her friend died from a simple flu then because she doesn’t have the money to buy medicine or have checked-up with doctors, her flu had a complications and she died because of it.

My sister is enrolled on a health school and presently doing some clinical trials. There is a clinic in our place where there are few volunteers that serves the people. They are also not as knowledgeable as my sister but my sister still wants to become an expert when it comes to healthcare so she will finish her course first before she volunteer to become one of the health servant in our place.

In our community, our leader asked us if we can volunteer to the clean and green project and we all volunteered. The goal of the project is to share the cleanliness of our place to our visitors and also we will make our place green with plants and trees.

It is everybody’s duty to make their place clean and green environment. We are lucky that we have a good leader that knows about ecology and lead us to open the minds of our people and participate with this kind of project.

I asked my wife yesterday to do some inventories of things in the house that needs replacements. Then this morning, she gave me the list and she listed it all including rugs that really needs replacement. I asked her to do that because I just received a bonus from the company I am working with. Not a bonus but an award actually because of my good performance. I will ask her to go out for shopping this weekend which we seldom do these days.

My friend is working as a freelance selling different kinds of products. She went in my house and offered me another new products that she sells. My wife bought one of her products and I also like those Hamilton watches but I still don’t have the budget to buy another new watch for myself so I told her to come back after payday and I will but a new watch from her. She is very industrious person and I am sure that she will succeed in life so I am always supporting her by buying products from what she is selling.

My office mate had a ride with me yesterday in my car. He just purchased a Rackmount lcd and had it delivered in the office so he still need to bring it home. That is why he asked me if I can have him a ride home so I helped him with that and when I saw what he just bought, I also wanted to have it in my home.

A friend asked for my help recently regarding a site where he can be able to get term life insurance so after work, I am doing some digging on the internet until finally found the best site to tell him. He will need the site for his new assignment in the company he is working with and I am  very happy to be able to help him.

It is been a lone time since the last time we visit my wife’s family and now we are planning to visit her family next week. We are presently thinking of what we can bring with us to give her family and I suggest to bring health supplements for them. I told her that I will look for discount supplements so that we can bring more for them at cheaper price.
