When my brother removes his shirt to swim in a swimming pool, I saw the upper part of his left arm that has wound. He said that it is an eczema that he gt that after he wore a shirt with different fabric. The germs seems easily penetrate his skin and leave rashes. That gives him a terrible itching,thus, have this kind of skin disease. For now, he is applying an ointment to cure this and hoping that it was effective.
